TERMS OF SALE
- Customers are invited to inspect our Tree Growing areas and our
Christmas Tree plantation. Call ahead.
- No minimum order if picked up, $100 minimum if we have to ship it.

- Seller will make every effort to get stock to Buyer on date requested;
however, seller will not be liable for Delays caused by weather and/or
conditions beyond our control.
- Buyer forfeits the deposit on any Cancellations after March 1.
- We will do our best at Producing healthy plants and shipping or
delivering them to you, but the numerous conditions that may result after
delivery is made, which we have no control over, prevents us from
Guaranteeing the survival of Seedlings and Transplants.
- Plant all Trees as soon as possible. When you pick up your order here
you reduce the chances of Shipping delays and drying out of plants.
